| | | | If you enable fax detection and the number is called, our answering platform will listen for an incoming fax tone. |
| | | | | If a fax tone is detected then there are two available options: | | • | Forward | | | You can add the number of your fax machine and the call will divert to the fax machine | | • | Save | | | The fax will be downloaded by our Virtual Office application for you to view on line and will also send a copy to any email address that you specify |

| | | | If it does not hear a fax tone then the call will be routed on to its destination and the caller will only be aware of a short pause. |
